Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished Beef
from our farm to your table!

We've chosen to raise our Highland steers using a grass-fed and grass-finished approach. Since Highland cattle have thick coats for weather protection, they don't rely on layers of fat over muscle to stay warm. Highland beef tends to be more lean, and has better internal marbling than other beef breeds. We don't use corn or grain for their feed, and we love to watch our animals roam through our pastures.

Our farm is selling beef from our purebred Scottish Highland fold. They are pasture-grazed sustainably at our farm during the spring, summer and fall with locally-grown grass hay during the winter, grain-free treats and natural mineral supplements. Our fold is given no growth hormones, and all are humanely handled, harvested and processed.
